Payment Plans
Payment plans are available based on when you register. If you register in July, you qualify for a 3-payment plan, with one-third of the total charge due at each of the following times: your registration date, August 12th, 2025, and September 12th, 2025. If you register in August, you qualify for a 2-payment plan, with half of the total charge due at your registration date and the remaining half on September 12th, 2025. All registrations in September require full payment at the time of registration. A $40 administrative fee applies to all payment plans and will be included in your first payment.
Cancellations
A full refund will be granted for registrations canceled by September 10, 2025, less a 10% cancellation fee. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to Kabbalah Registration at kabbalah@executivevents.com. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER SEPTEMBER 10, 2025.
Changes
Updates and changes to your registration record can be made online by going to here through September 10, 2025. If a refund is needed, please call 1-866-483-0169 (Int’l +1-303-527-0607) or email kabbalah@executivevents.com to process the credit. Any changes resulting in a partial refund will incur a credit card processing fee of 3% of the transaction. No changes will be honored after September 10, 2025.

We’re excited to offer Kids Camp programs for ages 3 to 11, where children can enjoy meaningful spiritual Rosh Hashanah connections alongside fun entertainment. The Rosh Hashanah Kids Camp will be hosted at the Javits Center.
Children ages 9 to 11 also have the option to register for adult services and adult meals. For infants and toddlers ages 0 to 2, a complimentary Infant & Toddler Room is available, but only when accompanied by a parent or private nanny. Meal options are also offered for nannies.
