To make Rosh Hashanah as accessible as possible, we have kept last year’s subsidized registration prices unchanged despite significantly rising event costs. To maintain current pricing, provide scholarships for those who need additional financial assistance, and support both the in-person experience and global livestream, we will need to raise $720,000. Payment Plans

Payment plans are available based on when you register. A $50 administrative fee applies to all payment plans.
Register in June:
You qualify for a 4-Payment Plan, with one-fourth of the total charge due on each of the following dates:
- Your registration date, July 15th, August 12th, and September 4th.
Register in July:
You qualify for a 3-Payment Plan, with one-third of the total charge due on each of the following dates:
- Your registration date, August 12th and September 4th.
Register in August:
You qualify for a 2-Payment Plan, with one-half of the total charge due on each of the following dates:
- Your registration date and September 4th.
* All registrations in September require full payment at the time of registration.

Cancellations

A full refund will be granted for registrations canceled by August 31, 2026 at 11:59PM PST, less a 10% cancellation fee. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to Kabbalah Registration at kabbalah@executivevents.com. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER AUGUST 31, 2026 at 11:59PM PST.

Changes

Updates and changes to your registration record can be made online by going to the link through August 31, 2026 at 11:59PM PST. If a change is made to an existing registration which results in an increase in your total due, your original credit card will be charged. If a refund is needed, please call 1-866-483-0169 (Int’l +1-303-527-0607) or email kabbalah@executivevents.com to process the credit. Any changes resulting in a partial refund will incur a credit card processing fee of 3% of the transaction. No changes will be honored after August 31, 2026 at 11:59PM PST.

ROOTS Rosh Hashanah Youth Program

We’re excited to offer Kids Camp programs for ages 3 to 8 and Pre-Teens Program for ages 9 to 13 , where children can enjoy meaningful spiritual Rosh Hashanah connections alongside consciousness and fun entertainment tailored to each age group. The ROOTS Rosh Hashanah Youth Program will be hosted at the Javits Center.
Pre-Teens ages 9 to 13 also have the option to register for adult services and adult meals. For infants and toddlers ages 0 to 2, a complimentary Infant & Toddler Room is available when accompanied by a parent or private nanny. Meal options are also offered for nannies.
